Redlands CA junior Maria Ramirez placed third in the women's 5-kilometer race in 17:48.7 at the Cal State San Bernardino Invitational Coyote Challenge in San Bernardino, Calif. Ramirez, the top NCAA Division 3 finisher in the race, helped Redlands take eighth overall.
